这个库的恢复有一些历史故事(【力荐】Exadata火线救援:10TB级数据修复经典案例详解!):xx运营商x2的1/4配置的oracle exadata机器,跑了近6年,最近有一个cell节点主机异常,在rebalance过程中,只有两个节点的cell其中一个节点坏了一个硬盘导致.导致asm diskgroup无法正常mount,最后该运营商运维三方通过amdu把该一体机中的数据文件全部抽出来,然后在恢复过程中出现大量错误无法解决,请求我们支持

这个错误比较常见,可以通过推scn就可以解决,由于已经安装了scn patch,通过oradebug推scn解决该问题.

ORA-600 4194
这个ora 600 4194相对比较特殊,在SMON: enabling cache recovery之后立马报出来,然后实例直接open失败.

需要处理该错误,也就是需要处理CLUSTER SYS.C_OBJ#_INTCOL#,这个可以通过重建来实现,但是当重建之时发生

这里错误比较明显obj#=39为obj$的i_obj4的index的记录和表不匹配,导致任何ddl无法执行,因此如果要处理C_OBJ#_INTCOL#就必须要先处理i_obj4的问题.通过一些技巧重建i_obj4,然后重建C_OBJ#_INTCOL#,数据库终于可以正常打开.由于大量数据字典不一致,exp/expdp导出依旧有问题,通过dblink直接拉数据到新库,完成本次恢复
补充说明:1. 在这个库的恢复过程中,我们还使用了大量的event和隐含参数,因为比较常规而且不涉及核心环节,因为未列举出来;2. 由于当时操作记录未能够保留日志因此相关操作步骤无法贴出来,本文只能提供恢复处理思路
再次提醒各位数据库做好备份,做好巡检工作,哪怕是强大的Oracle exadata也禁不起无备份折腾,数据重于一切

昨天中午接到一位朋友紧急求救电话,大概场景如下,asm data磁盘组一共把个asm disk,但是使用4个lun实现的(也就是说每个lun使用fdisk进行分区),该主机上还有一个lun是用来存放备份的挂载在/xifenfei目录.客户记得他们的/xifenfei目录是/dev/sdh1这个分区,上次主机重启之后,rac工作正常,但是/xifenfei这个目录对应的/dev/sdh1无法挂载上去(提示无法找到超级块).然后我这位朋友上去也不管三七二一直接执行了mkfs.ext4 /dev/sdh1.结果整个asm 磁盘组异常了.最后他通过fdisk命令一看发现完蛋了,以前的/dev/sdh 已经变为了/dev/sdc,而现在的/dev/sdh是以前的asm disk.也就是说,他把asm 磁盘组中的一个disk进行了格式化为ext4文件系统操作.
ext4文件系统大概结构
通过这里大概可以发现在格式化为ext4文件系统并非把所有的磁盘数据全部重写主要就是覆盖一些ext4必要的一些元数据信息,理论上没有覆盖部分的数据依旧可以恢复

从这里可以看出来该asm的元数据信息大量被破坏(asm 备份的磁盘头也损坏),直接修复的可能性基本上为0,现在为了最大限度的恢复数据,通过底层扫描asm au结合数据库block信息,进行重组出来数据文件(这次的恢复有点难度,因为该asm磁盘组中有两个数据库,需要通过结合asm file+datafile来区分文件)

然后使用工具拷贝出来redo信息,最后通过重建控制文件.其中一套库完美直接open,另外一套库system中的c_obj$被覆盖,不过使用一个多月以前的备份的system文件强制打开库成功,数据基本上完美导出,实现完美恢复.由于在格式化为ext4的时候,会在磁盘中部分位置写入一些

在oracle 12c中对象名长度已经变为128,但是dul依旧不能支持列长度,既然作者已经在init.dul的Compatible参数曾增加了对12c的支持,那对这样明显的bug应该在不久的将来即可修复。当然这个问题,可以通过一些人工技巧绕过去

有个数据库file 1 block 128 坏块导致数据库无法启动报错如下

该数据库版本是11.2.0.1,根据我们的经验该block是system rollback 的segment header,以下为我在正常哭查询结果

结合这部分信息,我们可以确定data2磁盘组是由两个磁盘组构成,分别为VOL010和VOL011,现在由于只发现了VOL011,因此data2磁盘组无法正常mount.观察发现该系统使用的是asmlib,通过oracleasm querydisk命令结合fdisk的盘符,

基本上可以确定VOL010丢失应该在mpathb盘(由于只有该盘和分区未被使用,其他盘和分区已经全部被现在可以查询到的asmlib使用作为asmdisk)之上

这里我们发现奇怪现象:mpathb盘先使用parted分为一个mapthbp1分区,然后又使用fdisk分了三个p1p1,p1p2,p1p3三个子分区.然后我们查看/dev/mapper/中的设备情况

发现没有p1p1,p1p2,p1p3这三个本该属于mapthb上的子分区.现在基本上明确,是由于对mapthb先使用了parted分区,然后再使用fdisk分区,在操作系统重启之后,无法正常识别相关子分区导致该问题.到此解决该问题的思路有三种.
1. 因为磁盘分区表信息是正常的,就是分区表信息没有同步到操作系统之上,想办法同步过去即可,os部分内容,此处忽略
2. 使用数据文件重组的方式直接对data2这两个asm disk进行重组,这里因为三个子分区未发现,直接对mapthbp1分区进行扫描即可,参考:asm disk header 彻底损坏恢复
3. 因为分区对于asm disk来说主要就是设置了磁盘的偏移量和大小,如果找到磁盘的偏移量,然后确定asm disk大小,直接通过dd命令把该部分dd到新的磁盘设备之上,然后直接mount磁盘组即可,这里重点讲解第三种方法恢复处理
使用dd出来mapthp1的磁盘头,然后使用bbed找出来偏移量,主要依据是第一次出现01820101信息的部分

这里基本上可以定位到asm disk header对于mapthbp1的偏移量为32256,dd出来asm disk header分析

使用kfed查看磁盘头信息

现在基本上可以确定,asm disk大小为1572871M,磁盘的偏移量为32256,然后使用dd命令把这部分dd到新的磁盘设备上,然后oracleasm scandisks后

data2 mount成功,数据库正常open,此数据库完美恢复

通过分析,确定损坏的redo03为当前redo,无法使用正常方法打开,加上_allow_resetlogs_corruption参数,尝试打开库,依旧失败

ORA 600 2662的错误处理
根据经验,这个错误只需要推scn即可,可以通过bbed,隐含参数,event,oradebug,修改控制文件等方法进行,推scn之后,数据库报熟悉的ORA-00604 ORA-00607 ORA-600 4194错误,以前我们遇到的block大部分是128,这次报异常block为9.实际中跟版本有关系,在ORACLE 9.2.0.6中该错误为file 1 block 9.大部分版本为128

接到网友请求,由于操作人员粗心把asm disk的磁盘映射到另外的机器上,并且格式化为了win ntfs文件系统,导致asm 磁盘组异常,数据库无法使用

这里的asm日志很明显由于asm disk无法正常访问,报ORA-27072错误,磁盘组强制dismount.

分析磁盘情况

通过与客户沟通,确定从I到O本为asm disk 被格式化为了NTFS文件系统的磁盘,结合asmtool分析可以发现还有一个asm disk没有格式化掉,该磁盘组中一个共有8个磁盘格式化掉了7个.

对于7个被格式化的磁盘都进行类似处理之后,通过工具看到相关磁盘信息如下

恢复处理
根据ntfs的文件系统分布,我们可以知道,虽然asm disk header备份block正常,但是asm disk中间部分依旧有不少au会被破坏
ntfs


这样的情况,不合适直接使用工具拷贝出来datafile(由于可能记录block的字典正好被覆盖,导致拷贝出来的文件异常,在恢复过程中我们也做了试验小文件拷贝ok,大文件拷贝然后使用dbv检测有很多坏块),我们采用工具(asm disk header 彻底损坏恢复)从底层扫描直接重组出来asm disk中的数据文件,然后结合拷贝出来的控制文件,redo文件,参数文件,然后通过重命名相关路径,然后直接open数据库

由于部分block被覆盖,使用空块代替,导致数据访问到该block就会出现ora-8103(模拟普通ORA-08103并解决,模拟极端ORA-08103并解决)错误,对于该种对象,最简单处理方法就是直接通过dul抽出来数据然后truncate table重新导入数据,当然如果你想彻底安全逻辑方式重建库最靠谱

网上有朋友发过来了oracle 7.2.3的数据文件说dul新版本无法支持,我进行测试,可以正常使用dul挖oracle 7.2.3版本oracle.再次实测刷新dul对于oracle老版本支持记录(以前实测dul支持oracle 8.0:DUL10直接支持ORACLE 8.0,DUL挖ORACLE 8.0数据库).根据dul官方说法从oracle 6 及其以后版本都支持
最新版dul(10.2.0.6.11)支持oracle 7.2.3

某客户使用win 2003,Oracle 11.2.0.1+ASM架构方式,由于存储异常并且做了存储恢复之后,ASM可以正常mount起来,但是数据库无法打开
使用dbv检查system发现有少量坏块

ORA-600 4155是由于在恢复过程中发现事务的id和undo segment中的事务表中id不匹配从而出现此类问题.针对此问题,可以通过bbed修改事务表记录,或者直接丢弃该事务,从而绕过该错误.

处理掉异常事务id后,继续open库

因为该数据库是经过了存储恢复,除system之外,其他文件也有大量坏块,因为恢复过程相对比较麻烦,除了上面列出来的ORA-00353,ORA-00312,ORA-600 4155等各种错误之外,还有大量的ORA-01578,ORA-01110.由于11G比较常见的ORA-00283,ORA-16433问题。
